Before you talk to us
A certificate authority is the system that issues certificates. If yours already come from a public or third party authority, you do not need one from us. You pay $2.85 a month for each outside authority we manage and skip the certificate authority items. Buy one only if you want to issue your own certificates.
Automatic enrolment is how a device or a piece of software gets its certificate, and later renews it, without a person doing it by hand. There are several standard ways to do that, and each one is called a protocol: ACME, SCEP, EST and the others listed. Each protocol you switch on is one service at $132 a month. If your web servers use ACME and your laptops use SCEP, that is two services, $264 a month.
Per certificate, at 32 cents a month each. One person or device can hold more than one certificate. Entries are a separate item. An entry is the record of a person or device that the certificates belong to, at 3 cents a month each.
Above 200 certificates, or 200 entries, the price per item drops. The lower rate is not published, so the estimator uses the full rate. Ask us about volume pricing with your numbers and we confirm the rate.
No. Professional services is help from our engineers with setup or with questions later. It is $155.50 an hour, in one-hour blocks, billed once. That is why it shows as a one-off total, not a monthly one.
