Email Templates
White labelling is the process of rebranding a product or service to reflect a different company. Custom email templates are used in Jellyfish to provide customers with another avenue of white labelling.
All automated emails that are sent out from Jellyfish can be customized to tailor a customer’s branding and specific business needs. This includes user management emails (reset password, activate account), certificate/smartcard expiry notifications, visitor management notifications, or support tickets.
Since templates are written in plain HTML, all content within the template can be modified. PinkCo and Orca have updated their reset password templates to better reflect their branding.
